À propos de Carolina Vergara Miranda:

I was once a Speech and language therapist. I highly enjoyed working with children and later, supporting new talents while getting their degrees, just like once I did. 

The turbulences of life changed my path and gave me the opportunity to work in Customer Service within the Banking industry, now in London. This highly rewarding career, lead me to become a Learning and development advisor.

All these diverse experiences made me the professional I am today. I demonstrated my adaptability and resilience to be able to build a career based on my skills and abilities; communication, always going the extra mile, and the passion to help others to achieve their best selves.

I am currently living in France, looking to keep developing my career, and open to a challenging opportunity.

Customer Support Agent - PhantomBuster 

→ Handle tickets sent by users, using Zendesk as platform.
→ Provide solutions to users in a wide range of topics, such as account settings, billing, and software use.
→ Participate in different projects, focused on company improvement, such as writing Help Center articles, while demonstrating excellent writing and editing skills.

Relocation - Career Break

→ Relocation from the UK to France.
→ Time invested to settle in France.
→ Study of French language. Progress from No proficiency to level B1.

Learning and Development Advisor - Metro Bank

→ Deliver creative, efficient, and motivational training, providing an engaging experience in the classroom.
→ Outstanding need analysis, active listening to questions, and feedback from the audience, to identify future development needed.
→ Examples of content delivered: Customer service, banking products, fraud, AML, CFT, compliance, payments, and merchant service.
