I have worked in London, Beijing and Hong Kong over the past 30 years in architectural and construction industry. As such, I am familiar with all stages of RIBA as well as construction rules and regulations in the UK.

My experience in architecture and construction including the director/ manager consultant role, in a broad range of project types and scales. This includes, institution, high-end residence, commercial, mixed-use, multi-complex development, hospitality, institution, infrastructure, and fitting-out (CAT A & CAT B) as well. Some of these projects were designed by international renowned architects such as I.M. Pei, Riken Yamamoto, Lohan Caprile Goettsch Architects and Chhada Siembieda Remedios.

I am experienced in design, project and construction management, procurement, tender preparation and analysis, documentation and contract administration. Many of the projects that I engaged involve project planning, leading and management. I am happy to provide more information about my project planning experience if needed.
