As a Junior Software Engineer at Etihuku (April 2024 – December 2024) in Johannesburg, South Africa, I managed 4 projects using Azure Boards, enhancing team efficiency through coordination on Microsoft Teams. I developed web pages for two projects in Svelte and one in React, significantly improving UI functionality. I also translated Figma designs into responsive blog pages using WordPress, ensuring seamless integration within a collaborative development team. Additionally, I led the JAC training program, mentoring 3 participants for over 6 months in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and successfully advancing them to modern frameworks.

Previously, I served as a Receptionist at Centro Med Pharmaceutical (November 2017 – July 2019) in Matsapha, Eswatini. I verified and processed pharmaceutical orders with a high degree of accuracy, scheduled deliveries, and coordinated with drivers. I also handled high-volume customer inquiries and order recordings during peak periods, ensuring continued service quality. My role involved maintaining organized inventory records, supporting efficient stock management and smooth administrative operations.
