I have over 20 years experience of in teaching and education in the Physical Education specialisation in the Royal Air Force. An experienced manager and team leader. Key responsibilities included creating and delivering physical education to recruits and personnel, organising major events and expeditions, coaching and mentoring students and staff. I have 3 years of teaching experience within a secondary school producing creative lessons, delivering effective learning opportunities and assessing learners' progress. Additionally, I fulfilled the Head of Year 12 Role mentoring and supporting students within the Sixth Form. I have a proven record of achieving results and improving grades across Key Stages ( Ages 12-18). Within the school, I was responsible for  The Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and the organisation of school expeditions.
