Co-coordinated a multi-stakeholder EU-China R&D programme pushing 15 tools & biocontrol strategies from TRLs 1-3 to TRLs 3-5 (€6M, 30 partners incl. research, technical institutes, startups, industry, European Commission): Led strategic planning, budget oversight, partner alignment, risk mitigation and reporting.

Developed 3 strategic projects embarking stakeholders across academia, government, territorial actors, farmer communities & NGOs for zero pesticide farming & biocontrol.

Research evaluation and validation (100+ articles), lead of 5+ scientific experiments, team management and training (2 PhD and 4 MSc. students successfully graduated).

Engaged 25 farmers from 2 networks in a co-designed landscape-scale approach, designed and monitored 20 KPIs showing 30% improvement in soil health (earthworms, microbial activity), sustained yields and biodiversity (pollinators, biological pest control, birds) and 60% perceived positive impact by farmers after 4 years.
● AXA Research Fund Postdoctoral Researcher – Climate Ecology | Marseille University, France & Oxford University, UK | 2017–2021
Led 2 scientific experiments on the effects of climate change on pollinators from funding to communication to decision-makers, collecting 300k unique data points (plant-pollinator interactions, plant growth, chemistry) demonstrating a 30% reduction in nectar production from drought.
