As part of the sales support team, our main objective was to respond to requests from the field as well as to optimise processing time. At the beginning of my internship, a new tool was developed to facilitate communication between the field and the support teams and thus minimise the time taken to process requests. My mission was to deploy this tool at the national level, i.e. to the 800 sales representatives at CCEP through 30 training sessions that I led. The results obtained were satisfactory since the use of the new tool was well respected and the processing of requests was accelerated, having a direct impact on the number of points of sale visited and products sold by the sales representatives, and therefore on the company's turnover as well. This project in collaboration with my team was a real success for our department.
