🤗 My last position in France as a project development manager for HR services, made me want to continue in this field. The is why, for my Master degree, I chose to do my thesis on the following subject: "Within the evolution of work environment, how do you adapt and keep talents in the company ?"

🌍 Based on my internationale experiences, I would like to continue to work in a firm where cross-cultural communication is central, helping HR sector to navigate in the global market.

Responsible for the launch of a new B2B service:
- Follow-up of the project design (customer need, communication, creation of the CRM, prospecting plan, Customer success plan).
-Led cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, support, and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes. (workshop, brainstorming...)
- Listing of potential customers (AirTable, Excel)
- Meeting with potential customers to improve services (HR, branding manager)
