I love studying, learning, and above all putting it into practice, always looking for cause-effect relationships. Process is a full plate to live this, it's a very dynamic area that will always surprise me. I'm not afraid of challenges, and the harder they are, the greater the achievements to celebrate.

J'aime étudier, apprendre et surtout mettre en pratique, toujours à la recherche de relations de cause à effet. Le process est une assiette pleine pour vivre ça, c'est un domaine très dynamique qui va me surprendre toujours. Je n'ai pas peur des défis, et plus ils sont difficiles, plus les réalisations à célébrer seront grandes.

- Process Integration Engineer Experience: 17 years’ experience in the field of semiconductor devices design, fabrication, and characterization – process route and process flow solid understanding. 

- Knowledge of Semiconductor Physics and its relationship with process technology.

- R&D process integration engineer: new processes and new materials for semiconductor – frontend & backend.

- Manage silicon lots: process route management, problems resolutions (hold situations).

- Manage prototyping activities.

- Understanding of data analysis and root causes - strong analytical skills (for yield and for new processes).

- Knowledge of process flow, process qualification, and process control.

- Strong skills in solving technical problems - failure analysis, yield and cycle time improvement.

- Collaborate with process and product teams to setup the process flow and maturate new products. 

- Good communication and technical reporting skills. 

- Enthusiasm to create innovative silicon devices and prototypes.
