DEPLOYMENT OF ANTI-CORRUPTION MEASURES (SAPIN 2)

Contribution to the updating of the corruption risk mapping (screening, interviews with exposed employees).
Third party due diligences
Second-level anti-corruption control to verify the implementation of corrective measures in critical risk areas.

Launch and monitoring of the conflicts of interest declaration campaign. Launch of the Group's shared alert platform (drafting the reporting and handling policy, internal investigation policy, GDPR compliance guide). Drafting of specific "Dos and DONTS Gifts & Invitation" policies, implementation of a confidential questionnaire for reporting gifts and invitations, data analysis to raise awareness among the most affected populations.

Updating procedures for donations/patronage of the LACOSTE Foundation, sponsorships, and gifts/invitations.

DEPLOYMENT OF CSR (CSRD & Duty of CARE ):

Benchmarking of best practices for the vigilance plan/DPEF in the textile sector, analysis of subsidiary data, identification of risk sectors and risk classification;
Presentation of our vigilance plan to senior management for review, CSRD working meetings (risk mapping, audits of subsidiary-reported data, and supply chain).
