Evergaz is a holding which builds or buys out, then operates biogas central units

•   Performed strategic screening for potential acquisition candidates

•   Review and management of Data Rooms with direct dialogue with owner leaders and other members of    acquisition targets to manage receipt of confidential diligence information

•   Modeling of Business Plans, financial structuring and valuation (DCF and precedent transactions methods) of projects and acquisition opportunities

•   Preparation and presentation of Investment Reviews of acquisition opportunities to senior management

•   Redaction of LOI, preparation and organization of “signing” and “closing” both in the context of acquisition and financing

•   Post-transaction monitoring of acquisitions and financing transactions
