UI Designer for Pernod Ricard 

► Context
Pernod Ricard is a French company specialized in the manufacture and distribution of wines and spirits. In May 2020, The company started a strategic digital transformation program named "Global Digital Acceleration". The company's goal is to build business tools in the form of SaaS applications that are dedicated to the different businesses of the group's employees around the world (marketing, distribution, sales, promotion, etc.)

I was asked by the company to :
- Build the B2B2C Design System
- Accompany the teams in the construction of their Saas product
- Build patterns & page templates
- Create the zeroheight
- Creation of the B2C Design System

► Missions
- Creation and optimization of components
- Creation of interactive prototypes
- Audit of accessibility
- Design of the onboarding documentation
- Accompaniment of teams during the transition from figma mockups to the new DS (pixel perfect, interface construction, component correction etc...) with the aim of anticipating the handoff.
- Building the contribution journey
- Creation of patterns & templates for all SAAS products
- Creation of the content present in the zeroheight
- Evangelization of the projects carried out by the UI team
- Implementation of new recommendations to improve our product organization
- Continuous monitoring of the latest Figma updates

► Results
- The Zeroheight published
- SAAS tools released with the new DS 
- Onboarding of UI designers improved
- Cured design debt (new organization, optimized components, accessibility respected)
- A more mature B2B2C design system
- Reduction of the TTM, Improvement of the quality of the designs produced, Reduction of the production costs
- Page patterns and templates are used in SAAS products
- DS B2C made available to design teams in Hong Kong

Product Designer for Ynergie

► Context
Ynergie is a company specialized in energy renovation for individuals. The company contacted me to change its vision and business strategy to address new services.
To do so, a total of 9 sprints were sold to the client in order to accompany them in building a B2C web app and redesigning their website.
I intervened as a reinforcement during sprints 3 & 4 to accompany the design team in the realization of desktop mockups of the web application and the realization of user tests on the mobile version.

► Missions
- Market analysis
- Understanding and analysis of the backlog as well as the customer roadmap
- Identification of the internal product organization of the team
- Realization of interactive responsive prototypes using figma (zoning, wireframing, mockup)
- Participation in the construction of the design system
- Work daily with Product Managers, development teams, testers and all stakeholders in an agile ecosystem by applying the rituals of the scrum framework
- Conducting user tests: writing a test guide, setting up several remote usability test sessions
- Participation in the PO Review: feedback on the integration of models created by the developers and updating of Jira tickets.
- Audit of the existing system, monitoring of best practices in terms of user experience and presentation of research work with proposed recommendations to the product team
- Sharing best practices around design tools, new research methods and design system management

► Results
- The product is now in its 9th iteration
- The new B2C site is launched
- The web application is still under development


Product Designer for Loxam

► Context
Loxam is a French construction equipment rental company based in France and present in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and South America. The company's targeted businesses are construction finishing, structural work via general building contractors, and road construction. In addition to the online customer area available since 2017, Loxam wants to offer MyLoxam App (mobile) to allow the target "craftsman pro" to manage rentals online.
The company asked me to:
- Validate the mobile application concept
- Challenge the customer journey
- Test the interest of the functionalities, as well as the relevance of the user paths
- Highlight and collect additional needs and obstacles

► Missions
- Identify product/customer needs and define the scope of intervention with stakeholders.
- Performing Ux Audit (ergonomic audit, gestalt theory, bias analysis, dark patterns etc...)
- Facilitation of collaborative workshops (prioritization of key features)
- Redefinition of the information architecture (card sorting)
- Realization of RITE tests: writing of a test guide, implementation of several usability test sessions at a distance and in person
- Design of new paths and functionalities adapted to the users' needs.
- Creation of a Design System based on a client's graphic charter
- Creation of interactive prototypes
- Analysis of results through an observation grid, realization of persona, synthesis, recommendations, presentation of results to stakeholders

► Results
- Validation of user needs
- Prioritization of features to be developed within the Loxam product
- Creation of the mvp of the application in the form of an interactive prototype accompanied by its design system


Freelance Product Designer for ALEIA

► Context
Aleia is an open, industrialized, sovereign and secure platform in charge of deploying and operating Artificial Intelligence applications. DeliveryPark is a product designed by Aleia that identifies urban delivery drivers' stops and consequently allows local authorities to manage their urban planning and regulation policies. The application was born from a simple observation: delivery drivers park today in unregulated spaces in Paris and complain about not having access to a sufficient delivery space. I was asked as a designer to build a parking location application for the B2B sector. To this end I was expected to:
- Propose an ux/ui redesign of the zonings delivered by the AMO
- Build the graphic charter of the product
- Deliver a Design system in order to facilitate the work of developers

► Missions
- Identify product/client needs and define the scope of intervention with stakeholders.
- Realization of Ux Audit (ergonomic audit, gestalt theory, bias analysis, dark patterns etc.... ) and prioritization of improvements to be made
- Creation of a graphic charter
- Creation of a Design System from scratch
- Realization of interactive protoypes using figma (zoning, wireframing, layout)
- Realization of video demos of the courses and animation of a product presentation meeting.
- Knowledge sharing, evangelization of good design practices to the product team and transmission of the achieved deliverables to the stakeholders.

► Results
- The mockups and the design system helped the PM (client side) to build his backlog.
- The mvp of the application is currently under development to be tested with end users.


UX Designer for Idemia

► Context
Idemia is a French digital security company specializing in biometrics, identification and authentication, data and video analysis. With 15,000 employees worldwide, IDEMIA serves its customers in 180 countries. I joined the R&D team as a UX designer in order to ensure a user-centric approach in all of the company's digital products, notably

- The redesign of the MBIS fingerprint recognition software for the criminal police and the FBI
- The redesign of the biometric registration process for the FCODE digital payment card
- The design of a solution responsible for authenticating the face and fingerprints of individuals in a car at a border crossing

► Missions
- Design audit: framing workshops with stakeholders, defining objectives, understanding the stakes. Ergonomic audit (application of the law of gestalt and heuristics)
- User research: analysis of the service context, definition of research hypotheses, quantitative and qualitative interviews, validation or invalidation of hypotheses, research summaries, analysis, recommendations, creation of personae, implementation of the user journey
- Facilitation and creation of ideation workshops (journey map, how might we, puzzle etc...)
- Facilitation of design workshops (crazy-8, sketching)
- Prototyping: zoning, wireframing, interactive prototyping
- User testing: writing test guides, AB testing, guerrilla testing, analysis, synthesis, recommendations, presentation of results.
- Product management: briefing, planning
- Evangelization around UX: communication about my job and the UX work methodology implemented within the company.

► Context
The Union des groupements d'achats publics is a French public purchasing group, placed under the dual supervision of the minister in charge of the budget and the minister in charge of national education. I joined the team of webdesigners, in order to help them in various web integration missions and to accompany them in the implementation of the redesign of their website.

► Missions
- UX/UI participating in the redesign of the UGAP website as a product designer.
- Web integrator, in charge of the design and realization of the interfaces of the ugap.fr website based on wordpress (Mastery of Bootstrap and HTML/CSS/JS languages).

► Results
- Redesign of the FAQ section
- Integration of many web pages on the e-commerce site

Graphic & Motion Designer for Airfrance

► Context
Air France is the French national airline, its main activities are passenger transport, cargo transport and aircraft maintenance and servicing.
I worked in the customer service department of Air France for 1 year as a graphic designer before joining the Digital Factory as a motion designer.

► Missions
- UI/Motion design : creator of graphic and video productions in charge of the communication of events and different products made by the innovation lab of the company (After effect, Illustrator). UI working on the design of the airfrance B2E system and the design of the Marco application for cabin crew (Sketch)
- Graphic design: responsible for creating flyers, posters, logo animations, monthly newsletter, welcome kit, illustrations etc...

► Results
- Realization of various motion designs in-house in charge of acculturation of the collaborators on the various products manufactured by the Digital Factory
- Realization of the dark mode of the design system of airfrance B2E
- Realization of the Digital Factory welcome kit
- Realization of several kakemonos exposed in many international airports.
