I’m a consultant specialized in performance improvement from both a strategic and operational perspective. I help clients clarify their performance ambitions (cost, service, productivity), translate them into actionable roadmaps, and redesign processes using Lean, data and automation. I like to work close to operations, but always with a clear link to strategic goals and P&L impact.

I am currently an Operational Excellence Consultant, working with large clients on process performance and finance/procurement transformation. Previously, I worked at Julhiet Sterwen as an Operational Excellence Consultant on end-to-end process improvement and operating model topics. Before consulting, I held roles in Lean manufacturing at General Electric Steam Power in the nuclear sector and in process optimisation at Lafarge in the cement industry, always with a focus on improving operational performance.
