My name is Ilona Valin, and I'm 22 years old. I obtained a high school diploma in economics and social sciences, after which I attended 2 years of nursing school in Saint-Étienne. After 2 years, I decided to stop and worked for a year in a primary school. During this time, my main tasks were welcoming families and children and providing academic support, especially for children with autism. After this experience, I completed a medical secretary training and worked in different healthcare facilities. My main responsibilities were welcoming patients and their families, introducing them to the facility, and assisting with their care.

During my vacation in July, I spent a month in Togo on a humanitarian trip at an orphanage. This trip allowed me to discover a new culture, a different way of life, and meet many people whom I am still in contact with today.

Being sociable, friendly, and warm, human interaction is a source of fulfillment for me. Since I was young, I have had the opportunity to visit many countries, such as the United States and aboard cruise ships, and have had unique experiences, like a humanitarian trip to Togo and spending a month of my junior year in a high school in Spain. I would love to share and transmit this passion for travel to the many people traveling with your company. Always smiling and mindful of my image, I aim to provide the best possible service by accompanying passengers during their flights, listening to them, and offering them the highest level of service. Additionally, my language skills in English and Spanish, acquired during my academic journey, will allow me to communicate with all travelers. My swimming skills, strengthened during my schooling, and my knowledge of health and emergency procedures acquired in nursing school will ensure the safety of all our passengers.
