Master of Corporate Finance and Fintech student Currently looking for an endof-studies position, Full-Time or Internship in the Financial Analysis or Risk Analysis field . I am eager to take on new challenges since I am driven, active, and passionate about finance and data analysis. I am as well Extremely nimble, organized, selfstarter, with good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being courteous and professional.

I am currently a Master of Corporate Finance and Fintech student with experience in financial analysis and risk analysis. At Tunisian-Saudi Investment and TOPIC Energy S.A., where I worked as a financial analyst, I took part in the various stages of the initial public offering and created a business model to forecast future cash flows. I've also worked at Point Label as a management control assistant, where I established a corporate budgeting plan. In addition, I have participated in extracurricular activities such as leading the HR division of "Stand Up Women" and serving as an OC in the logistics division of HULT PRIZE. I am proficient in risk analysis, financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and market finance. I also speak English and French at a professional level and with fluency. I even have technical expertise in Canva, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, VBA, Microsoft Word, and Figma. I pursued a Business Administration Bachelor's degree at Tunis Business School, where I majored in finance and minored in accounting. I'm scheduled to finish my Master's degree at ESC Clermont Management School in 2023.

My most pertinent and interesting work experience so far was done within TOPIC SA ( an oil and gas company ) in which I participated in the different steps of the Initial Public Offering by helping make a business model that predicts future cash flows necessary for the firm valuation. I have prepared a stock market recommendation for the purpose of encouraging investors to buy TOPIC SA stocks and made a valuation of the company using multiple methods such as the discounted cash flows method and the comparable method. I have also prepared a sensitivity analysis. Added to that, I had the opportunity to visit the headquarters of the Tunis Stock exchange to have a closer look at how IPOs work, observe the different requirements and understand the steps and procedures of the IPO.
