Jairath Jadhav

As a business school student, I am seeking internship opportunities to gain valuable hands-on experience in project management and strategy. I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for business and a desire to learn and grow.

I have a strong background in computer science and management, which I have acquired through my coursework and previous experiences. I am a quick learner and am able to adapt to new situations and technologies with ease. I have a solid understanding of business concepts and am able to apply them in real-world scenarios. 

I am a team player and have experience working in cross-functional teams. I am an excellent communicator and can work well with people from different backgrounds and levels of seniority. I am also a creative problem-solver and can think outside the box to find innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

I am seeking an internship that will provide me with the opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. I am eager to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the success of the company. I am currently in my second semester pursuing the masters in management : business management track from the prestigious EDHEC business school, ranked 9th in the world for its MiM course. In addition to my management course I have 3 years as the co-founder of my own application services company and a bachelor’s in computer engineering. I view project design as a puzzle, thinking about which parts need to come together in what ways to make the final product. My approach is to have in-depth conversations with the stakeholders and every member of the team before each project to figure out all the logistics to fulfil the project needs. Ideation and storyboarding are essential to help me brainstorm and combine ideas. I know I’m not right all the time, so I enjoy working with diverse and crossfunctional teams that bring in new perspectives that make the final product even stronger. Additionally, I have excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and am able to work autonomously and creatively.
