Jean-Pierre Poinsignon

Passionate about innovation and technology, Jean-Pierre has been working alongside his
customers, partners and teams for more than 30 years to support them in production
performance, team management and transformation challenges through innovative
approaches promoting human and responsible digital technology.
He has gained extensive experience in the design and deployment of digital solutions, data
models and platforms, infrastructure for various industries as well as team management.
Driven by an entrepreneurial and management spirit, he co-founded Weave Business
Technology, developed the growth of Accenture EMEA Outsourcing and delivery services,
managed the consulting structures of Hackett Groupe (Europe and APAC) and Microsoft
(France and Canada), supported Qwanza and Inergens in their growth and restructuring and
collaborated with several startups. He founded Carpo a digital, data and AI consulting and
transition management company.
He managed large production and transformation teams up to 700 people (100 consultants
and 600 productions and delivery people) with a strong focus on planning and budget
management.
