Jermy Trejo Maya

I have a strong background in leadership, problem solving, inventory management, business operations, sales, customer service, and hospitality, with experience in high-paced retail, resort, and food service environments. Currently as a Sales, Trainer, and relief Coordinator Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort, I specialize in driving sales, team collaboration, and customer engagement. 

Previously, I worked as a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters company, enhancing customer loyalty and sales performance. My experience in the hospitality industry includes roles at Rocket Farm Restaurants as a waiter/server and Starbucks as a barista/partner, where I developed excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and cash-handling skills. With a multilingual ability and native in English, Spanish, and basic French. I am proficient in time management, telecommunications, Microsoft Office and business operations, I combine hands-on experience with an ongoing A.S. in Business Administration at Valencia College, making myself a well-rounded and adaptable professional and candidate.

Over the course of my three-year time with the Walt Disney Company, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing and supervising a four-part region with a team of at least 25-30 employees. During this period, I have successfully acquired business operations approval, demonstrating my expertise in leadership, conflict resolution, project management, adaptability decision-making, and other critical areas.

In addition to my management responsibilities, I actively engage in daily training modules to enhance the skills and knowledge of my team members. I am committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes safety, courtesy, inclusivity, presentability, and efficiency.
