Established and led ICRC’s first global Evaluation Office, shaping a CHF 20m strategy to embed evidence-based governance and impact assurance across the organisation.

  • Reported to the Board and donor stakeholders on strategic delivery, financial performance, risk exposure and mitigations
  • Provided independent assurance on organisational impact, effectiveness and resilience across global humanitarian operations

2014 – 2021      Systems & Complex Evaluations Portfolio Lead, Senior Leadership Team – IOD PARC

Led global portfolio delivering complex systems evaluations for governments, multilaterals and INGOs. Provided assurance on strategic delivery, governance effectiveness and risk exposure. Contributed to Executive Team decisions on resource allocation, growth and capability development.
