I began my career as a Junior Software QA Engineer, where I honed my skills in manual testing, defect tracking, and collaborative problem-solving. My proactive approach and passion for continuous learning have allowed me to evolve into a Senior QA Specialist, leading initiatives to enhance testing processes and improve product quality.

In my most recent role as a Project/Product Manager at Hubstaff, I have successfully coordinated multiple cross-functional teams, guided product design through user research and competitive analysis, and played a crucial role in the launch of high-impact mobile applications. I have also earned certifications in Product Management from IBM and Reforge, further solidifying my knowledge and expertise in the field. I am currently based in Poland and love the flexibility and productivity of remote work but am also open to hybrid roles, understanding the value of in-person communication.
