My extensive experience in the automotive industry, spanning roles in prestigious companies such as Forvia Group Japan and Faurecia Clarion Electronics, has equipped me with the skills and expertise necessary to drive business performance and expansion on a global scale.

From my time at Akka Technologies to Renault and Alstom, I have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation, transformation, and excellence.

With over 29 years of holistic experience in the Automotive Industry and a proven track record of success, I believe that I have the skills, expertise, and vision required to drive organizational growth and success.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in various areas including operation, engineering, programs, sales, and quality. I have managed a business unit with a budget of 1 billion Euros, overseeing 5800 employees, 8 sites, and 13 R&D centers. My experience in complex international environments has enabled me to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
As an executive leader, I have a strong record of leading and developing teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and leveraging values to drive success. I am known for my pathfinder and visionary mindset, constantly seeking new opportunities, and driving innovation within the industry.
In my current role as the Senior Vice President at Forvia Group Japan, I am responsible for leading operations for all business groups, with a targeted sales goal of 1 billion Euros by 2028. Prior to this, I held various senior leadership positions at Faurecia Clarion Electronics, where I led a 1 billion Euro business unit and oversaw operations across multiple regions.
My accomplishments include transforming Faurecia Clean Mobility in Japan, doubling market share and presence for Japanese OEMs, and leading the breakthrough of a program management system that enhanced profitability and execution. I have also been recognized for my leadership and performance at AKKA Technologies, ALSTOM and Renault – Nissan Alliance.
Apart from my extensive professional experience, I hold a degree from ENSTA, Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées. I am fluent in English and French and have strong language skills in Farsi.
