PayFit France - Jan 2022 – July 2022 (6 mos) 

• Built the SQL business logic to identify ticket checkpoints and time required to resolve on various levels that helped the support team increase its efficiency by 20%. 

• Worked on an advertising spend data model that contributed to a 30% decrease in advertising expenses by identifying the least impactful advertising campaigns. 

• Built a Looker dashboard for the ad spend model that consisted of four KPIs to identify the cost spent on each campaign across four different ad platforms.
