Hello, I’m Lucie, passionate by Data, Insights, Customer centricity and everything research-based at a global recruitment consultancy.

A few years ago, I had the opportunity to do an MBTI test and my personality is a ESFP (Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving), aka “the Entertainer” or “the Performer.”

Even if I do not really recognize myself in this nomenclature, I must confess I feel quite close to the definition: practical, resourceful, figures things out as they go along and dislikes abstract theories, very understanding, able to sense what others are feeling and know how to respond, becomes bored easily, fun-loving, optimistic, gregarious, enjoys people and spontaneous.

Expérience

I am a great believer in customer centricity and am fully convinced the customer should always be at the heart of everything. I work in Research for almost 20 years (10 in research institutes, 10 leading a commercial research department).

Éducation

I studied international business in Ecole de Management de Normandie, with some specific marketing courses; and spend one year in Wales to get a BA Honour in retail.
