🌍 HSE Engineer - Environmental Specialist at Sanofi 

As part of the HSE department, I was responsible for missions related to environmental management and safety to ensure compliance with Sanofi Group standards at the Tours site. My work focused on three key areas:

🗑️ Waste management: Life cycle optimization and flow management.

🌱 Environmental analysis: Created and tailored a new method to conduct environmental assessments aligned with Sanofi standards and ISO 14001 requirements.

🐝 Biodiversity management: Evaluating the site's environmental impact and proposing actions to reduce it.

Key Achievements:

📊 Developed a new method for conducting environmental analyses, improving compliance and reporting efficiency.

🗑️ Organized waste management processes: Oversaw safety, ergonomics, and the development of SOPs while leading a waste management team. Applied lean management and implemented 5S for task optimization and risk reduction (chemical, mechanical, and psychosocial).

🧑‍🏫 Delivered interactive training sessions: Focused on spill management, safety risks, and employee engagement, introducing more collaborative and practical approaches.

🌿 Launched a biodiversity management plan: Deployed site-specific actions to enhance biodiversity, including organizing an Environment Week to raise awareness about environmental challenges linked to Sanofi's activities.

📜 Built strong relationships with local authorities (DREAL, Prefecture) and ensured compliance with environmental standards and regulations.
