I am looking for a 6 month operationnal internship from september 2023 to february 2024.
I am completely fluent in french and English.
Expérience
I have several experiences working full time, in trendy and chic establishments as well as more traditional settings. I was an intern during three months at Andia, which is one of the several popular and sophisticated restaurants owned by Moma Group. This was first my time working in service, I learned to wait and bartend and assisted the restaurant manager during the nightly auditings. I continued working for Moma Group as a part-time hostess at Le Boeuf sur le Toit where I was in charge of reservations, hosting and seating plans. Finally I was a waitress at a traditionnal French Brasserie owned by Guy Savoy during 6 months.
Because of my experiences I have developed excellent communication, interpersonal and technical skills, as well as strong values of customer service.
Éducation
I am a first year student at EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
During this year I learned about the different departments and challenges of the hospitality industry. I have had classes on room operations, fine dining cuisine, oenology, front office etc…
