Currently, I am employed as a social media assistant at Stuart (La Poste), a French last-mile delivery company. My role involves supporting the social media manager in devising and implementing social media plans that correspond with the company's marketing objectives. I create compelling social media content that resonates with our target audience, primarily producing concise video reels for Instagram. Additionally, I am responsible for crafting captions for corporate communication posts on LinkedIn. I oversee the company's social media accounts, comprising Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and handle comment responses, messages, and inquiries. With the help of the Hootsuite platform, I scrutinize social media data to enhance strategies and boost engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and customer service, is an essential aspect of my work to ensure social media activities align with the company's overall objectives. To improve our social media tactics continually, I stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
