Maxime Garnier

Student in Master Financial Transactions & Corporate Strategy at IESEG in Paris, France, I aim to enhance my knowledge and skills in Corporate Finance in order to put to good use the competences and qualities I have developed during my professional, sportive and human experiences.

As a passionate rugby player, I like to work in team to achieve ambitious goals. Team spirit, proactivity and adaptability make me a strong teamplayer.

With several experiences in corporate finance, first as a strat-up incubated at Station F (the world's largest incubator), then in M&A at a Parisian firm pioneering the field of extra-financial valuation and supporting large M&A firms in the valuation of goodwill, and finally in financial control at one of the CAC40 (French NASDAQ) firms: Air Liquide, my training and professional experience make me a major asset in any field of corporate finance.

I'll be graduating in July 2024 with a Master's degree in Corporate Strategy & Financial Transactions, after 5 years of study at a school ranked as France's leading post-baccalaureate business school. I have taken courses such as company valuation (DCF, Comps), financial statement analysis, accounting, financial control, M&A and all areas of investment. Each year of study has been validated by work experience in different sectors and in different corporate finance professions
