• Production quality improvement for large, complex IT projects/systems (AFSYS- Shipping & Logistics Domain software). 
• Engage client to gather software requirements/business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams relates to Booking, Shipping Instructions/ documentation, logistics, freight and customs related modules using agile scrum methodology.
