Neha Kuriachan

I am a highly passionate and motivated student. I am currently doing my Masters' in Management in Marketing with a specialisation in digital communication at ESSCA School of Management (Paris) and  searching for my end-of-studies internship (6-months) to begin between January and March. I have excellent English -speaking and writing skills and I am motivated to work hard and bring out the best results. I have previous work expereiences in both Paris and India in the field of marketing and brand development.

I have built a strong foundation in marketing, brand communication, and business development through diverse international experiences across France and India.

At Clegg Paris and Fashion Connect, I managed social media platforms, developed pre-sales marketing plans, organized photoshoots and fashion events, and contributed to creative advertising campaigns that strengthened brand visibility and engagement. During my time at La Renaissance Paris, I led sponsorship and brand outreach initiatives, designed impactful presentations, and supported event coordination and digital communication — experiences that enhanced my ability to combine creativity with strategic precision.

Earlier, at Balken Foods in India, I worked on client relationship management, in-house branding, and marketing campaigns using social media and storytelling-based advertising to build stronger customer connections.

Across all my roles, I’ve developed a balance of analytical thinking and creative vision, with a passion for storytelling, brand aesthetics, and meaningful communication. I’m proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva, and thrive in multicultural environments where innovation and collaboration drive impact.

I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Management with a specialization in Marketing and Retailing at ESSCA School of Management in Paris, one of France’s top-ranked business schools. My coursework focuses on marketing strategy, consumer behavior, digital marketing, leadership, and innovation, allowing me to strengthen both my analytical and creative skills through real-world projects in product development, digital business strategy, and brand repositioning.
