After graduating from Sciences Po Lille with a Masters in the management of cultural institutions, I've been Production and Development Coordinator at FIVE DOGS for over 2 years.

After gaining a master's degree in the management of cultural institutions at Sciences Po Lille, and doing a number of internship in audiovisual production in France and abroad, I'm now production and development coordinator at FIVE DOGS.

The experience that has taught me the most is the one I've had for 2 years with Five Dogs company. My tasks are as follows : 

Production aspect:
Project coordination (2 Netflix fiction series from development to post-production) 
Administrative, logistical and legal management of the company (calendar management, cash flow plan, MovieMagicBudgeting, estimates, financing plan, contracts, DPAE, invoices)
Preparation of applications for funding and management of the funding schedule (CNC, regions, SOFICA, others)
Creating content and communications (social networks, website, marketing) 
Organisation of events (screenings, previews)
Recruitment and management of trainees.

Editorial aspect :
Monitoring projects (text monitoring, reading notes and feedback to authors and producers)
Organisation of and participation in writers' meetings
Search for new talent: writers, directors and actors (participation in festivals, pitch sessions, meetings with agents, etc.)
Creation of moodboards and project presentation files
Creative research (subjects, market watch, IP (books, podcasts, formats, etc.))
