I am skilled in coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters, fostering an Agile mindset and promoting collaboration between teams and system architects/engineering professionals. Throughout my career, I have actively worked with management, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align strategy and execution, ensuring successful project outcomes. I am proficient in English both spoken and written, I am adept at communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
