I am Srinithe Panneer Selvam, I have completed my education in IESEG school of management, Lille, France. I am willing to learn more about Human resource from your company through internship. I am good in communication, I have good interpersonal skills and I believe I can hold an engaging conversation with anyone. I have a good experience working in a team. I learn fast and have good comprehension skills. I have a good record of academic credentials and cultural experience. In terms of my work experiences, I began by interning at a marketing and consultancy firm for one month, where I was given a personal mentor who guided and taught me a lot in fields such as marketing, human resource and sales. This provided me with practical exposure as to how a professional environment will be. I was given hands on experience in communicating with clients, understanding their needs and in the recruitment process where I was asked to conduct preliminary interviews. Later, I started to work with a personal brand strategist. This opportunity gave me a chance to learn current trends and how digital marketing works. I have learnt a lot of useful insights of digital marketing through this online internship. I was formally employed as an intern in the financial department at a petroleum company. To make myself more competent I learned and completed a certified Tally course. I have interned in a start-up, CIARSS, a software solutions company which helped me gain more insights on the pre-sales activities and I was also actively involved in the marketing activities. On an International ground, I have been a part of Clearstream Services SA, Luxmbourg for 6 months as an HR Recruitment Intern. I have responsible for the entire recruitment process for interns from job posting to onboarding. I have also conducted meeting and events for interns. I have assisted in the job fairs and work expo. This opportunity helped me get exposed to an international work environment. This helped me to grow with an multinational exposure. If given an opportunity, I will perform to the best of my abilities. I would make the best out of the opportunity given to me and expand my knowledge during the time I work in your company.
