Allow me to introduce myself, I’m Stephanie Benjamin, and I am an International Business Strategist and Leadership Expert.

To get started, let me tell you the highlights of my professional career. I have 8 years’ experience as an Assistant Cruise Director, for Luxury 5 Star Cruise lines Companies, covering the European and American Market. As an ACD, the requirement for this position includes travelling around the world and assisting with management and programming of leisure’s activities to assist with the passengers on board experience and satisfaction, as well as creating, developing, and maintaining a memorable relationship between the passengers and the Cruise line. You also operate as a Master of Ceremonies and Public Figure, with the specificity of being able to present the very appreciate Captain cocktail, each lounge and theatre shows, including the international Broadway productions shows, to a large audience of more than 1000 attendants in multiple languages that are generally English, French, Italian, Spanish and German.

The opportunity to work, collaborate and connect with people from around the world and being a multilingual brand representative has been for me a memorable life school.

In 2019, I decided to re-orient my professional purposes and become a digital entrepreneur. I specialised myself in International Leadership as well as the influencer marketing.

From there, I started to run speaking events, across the globe, and deliver global studies on the power of influence, business communication skills and success mindset.  I am an Amazon best seller Author and the founder of SUCCESSLIFEGOAL LTD, a mindset  training platform.

Overall, I am a 6 languages speaker, business and life strategist, a natural motivator, an adventurer and born decision maker with significant skills in international public relations. I have also the willingness to keep learning and grow under your assignment.
