As an IT Recruiter I'm working closely with the European Institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, Court of Justice of the European Union, Publication Office of the European Union, European Investment Bank, and Committee of the Regions) in the IT field, my main tasks are :

- Reviewing applications and related documents to determine individual qualifications
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates for the job offers
- Publishing/creating job advertises
- Conducting interviews (by phone or face-to-face)
- Preparing working contracts and amendments for several payrolls (Luxembourg, Belgium, and France)
- Providing feedback and support to candidates
- Participating in the onboarding process for the new employees
- Attending HR events
