Since 2012, working as standalone HR local contact for small foreign subsidiaries (less than 50) based in central Paris. Focus to reach compliance towards French Labour Laws, reduce cost and tribunal risks, improve the team’ skills (optimise the French Government budget for training), deal with monthly questions from Personnel Representatives and mandatory meetings, enhance well being for all, look after payroll, IT and facilities. Ensure that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy, participate in HR projects, and more. Important: What we recommend is to  remove the use of pronouns entirely, you don't need to use 'I' or 'she' because its use is implied. After all, you're writing a CV about your skills and experience.

It will keep your CV business-focused (and not too personal) and may free up a bit of space to write about the skills that really matter. It also helps to avoid being repetitive, with too many ‘I’s.
