Expérience
I have a strong background in real estate finance, supported by my academic journey at ESSEC Business School and the Architecture school of Versailles. Currently, I am seeking a position as an Analyst in Real Estate, available from January 2025.
My professional experience includes internships at notable firms such as AXA Investment Managers, where I honed my skills in financial modeling and market analysis, and Meanings Capital Partners, focusing on private equity value-add deals and restructuring of office, commercial and residential assets. Additionally, I have experience in architecture and construction works.

Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Analyst, Meanings Capital Partners
• Preparation of business plans, due diligence, and LOIs for Value-Add opportunities (15-18% IRR)
• In-depth analysis of technical and architectural aspects, as well as certification potential (BREEAM, etc.)
• Management of major restructuring projects for Parisian office assets (7,500 sq.m, €30M CAPEX)
• Participation in the development of new investment vehicles
• Implementation of the ACT methodology (extra-financial evaluation, ESG) within ISR labeled funds
• Conducting asset disposal processes : exit scenarios, commercialization, marketing
