Currently rethinking my work life,  I am craving a new challenge !

I would appreciate to be considered for any opportunity that can match my skills, regardless of the distance, workload… I am one of the most dedicated and motivated people you could ever encounter.
 

I have more than 10 years of experience in Retail in Europe, including prestigious brands like Loro Piana and shopping destination such as Harrods, therefore no stranger to customer service excellence and I could be a real asset to any company.

I have a strong background in KPI's expertise as well as working in different countries. I speak and write fluently in English, French, and Spanish.

I remain at your disposal if you are interested in exchanging information about any role.

Nearly 4 years in Loro Piana at Harrods would be the greatest work experience and training I ever received in terms of learning about excellence in a business, training new employees, keeping the luxury image of the brand with VM daily tasks and much more.

I also reinforced my languages skills in Farfetch at a high pace within the CS department in order to please our customers and hiring and training my team there.

Finally, being part of 2 businesses of my own and with my family both in Spain and France, I managed all paperwork, sales, marketing and expansion by myself That were some great achievements, showing sky's the limit !
