Private Equity Analyst Intern

Tasks : 

 • Produced the financial model (DCF EV = c. $15m), LOI, and Due Diligence (Q&A..) in the context of a potential c. $21m majority investment in a Vietnamese Bio Tech company (Aborted) 
• Worked on pro forma balance sheet & debt schedule of an LBO model in the context of a leveraged acquisition of a healthcare company in Vietnam 
• Researched information on 45 target companies, competitors and business sectors and produced 23 one pager teasers and 4 due diligences on selected targets 
• Performed the market sizing of the IVF (fertility treatment) treatment in southeast Asia
