- Take into account the constraints of the parts to be manufactured or visually check the condition of the parts to be repaired in order to estimate the degree of wear, deformation and define the operations to be carried out,
- To proceed to the calibration of the materials constituting the parts to be manufactured or to be used (steel, stainless steel, aluminium...),
- Proceed to the choice of the type of assembly to implement and the associated regulations,
- Trace, cut, shape by folding, bending, drawing or stamping according to the metal and the shape required, from plans, diagrams or models and using the machine tools provided,
- Assemble the boiler-made parts by various processes: welding, riveting, gluing... and reassemble them according to the plans,
- Check assemblies and material tolerances,
- Ensure that the manufactured or repaired part fulfills its function in the mechanical assembly to which it belongs.

Reporting directly to the local manager, you will manufacture new boilermade parts in the workshop, or repair used parts according to plans and associated directives. For this, your main missions will be the following:
With a CAP in boiler making up to a BTS in industrial boiler making, you have a first experience in the trade.
This position requires rigor, a taste for manual work and the ability to work in a team.
