To further enhance the Design and Delivery team, we are looking for qualified candidates who want to use their talents and skills to coordinate large-scale projects at Disneyland Paris.

    We are seeking a Experienced Project Construction Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team as we transform our real estate assets.

    As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the effective planning and logistics execution related to our construction projects while upholding our Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show and Efficiency.

    Your Missions?

    Your main mission is to be both a strategic planner and an efficient coordinator. You excel at solving agile problems while fostering collaborative relationships with all involved parties.

    You report to the group leader and/or Manager, working closely with all project managers in the area within our department and cross-functional teams in the area.

    Your main tasks include:

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the project management team, partner teams, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal coordination.
    • Daily exchange with the site manager, logistics lot manager.

    Vendor Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the site manager to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for the construction site.

    Field Operations Management:

    • Propose the development of new application systems.
    • Supervise logistics operations on the field, including unloading deliveries and managing storage areas while ensuring compliance with safety rules and our company's requirements.
    • Coordinate with various companies, maintenance, and other third parties to ensure that their deliveries, operations, and storage areas are respected with minimal impact on all projects in the area.
    • Propose effective solutions.
    • Utilize available tools.

    Emergency Situation Management:

    • Participate and propose solutions to address unforeseen situations and minimize interruptions.

    Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

    • Analyze logistics performance and suggest continuous improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with current regulations.

    Your Profile?

    Ideally, you hold a Degree in Project Management, Logistics, Construction Engineering, or related field with significant professional experience in construction project logistics management.

    You have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    You have a strong team spirit and enjoy collaborative work with internal and external stakeholders.

    You anticipate and adapt to different situations. You are solution-oriented.

    You are comfortable with computers and proficient in operations management software.

    You have an advanced level of French (C1) / Intermediate English (B2) with effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
