- Support Test Concept Phase: Bench design, Test protocol, Safety Risk analysis.
- Develop adequate procedures and documentation.
- Complete Equipment and Bench Set up, Inspect raw materials according to procedures.
- Run and document Test. Document technical issues and solutions.
- Support Test Result Analyzing results and identifying the root cause of malfunctions.
- Perform necessary equipment calibration, Preventive and other Maintenance required operations.
- Ensure our products and procedures meet industry standards (e.g. ISO)
- Work with all stakeholders to implement and document key processes, with focus on documentation change control, competencies recording and data integrity management.
- Support Lean, 5S (+Safety) action plan to solidify Quality and Continuous improvement.
- Job requirements
- Previous experience as a Test Engineer (or Test Technician with significant experience) or similar role
- Familiarity with various testing techniques and equipment.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Great troubleshooting skills
- Analytical mindset
- Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
- English spoken and written.
