Job Description:

As a
Software Development Team Leader, reporting to Cloud Platforms Manager, under HPC & Cloud Services, you will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching your team, use your technical knowledge of professional concepts to assist in building and support new solutions.

You will be responsible for evaluating elements of technology's effectiveness through requirements gathering, testing, research and investigation and make recommendations for improvements that result in increased quality and effectiveness.

You'll listen to and evaluate customer needs to determine and provide high quality solutions that align with their expectations.

You'll be required to delegate tasks in an efficient manner for all software development activities to enable development of enhancements and 2nd/3rd line support of web data management solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

Manage, enhance and build new client systems/portal,
Maintain actual learning platform and rebuild it with a different architecture,

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years' experience in relevant fields,
English and French required (including understanding of technical language),
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills,
Very good understanding of software project management,
The ability to define, manage project deadlines and to balance workloads across a wide variety of projects,
Good understanding of web hosting architecture,
Strong technical skills: Java/.NET, SpringBoot, Hibernate, Maven/NuGet, Git
Database Fundamentals: Relational Database Design, SQL Language
