What will be your role?
Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our Growth & Performance Team as a Growth Analytics Intern.

You will report into the Growth Analytics Analyst, and work closely with our Data, Ops and Finance teams.

  • Your mission will be to build, optimize and maintain our Performance Marketing analytics framework as well as our tracking and tagging structure to help us accurately measure the success of our acquisition campaigns.


You will be in charge of analyzing large sets of data to provide actionable insights that will inform our global Growth strategy.


You will be responsible for:

  • Improving marketing analytics through data management and enablement.
  • Evaluating marketing effectiveness and contributing to forecasting growth

In details, your role will consist in:

  • Developing and managing our Marketing Performance reports and dashboards set, ensuring the data accuracy and availability.
  • Serving as the expert on overall marketing performance measurement and providing recommendations on where it can be improved.
  • Performing analytical deepdives to analyze problems and opportunities, identify the hypothesis and design & execute experiments.
  • Effectively communicating analytical results to nontechnical team members by explaining the story behind the data and make recommendations to the business based on data insights.

This job has been tailored for you if:

  • You have a highly analytical profile, a strong interest in understanding business drivers, and are excited to keep learning in fast paced environment.
  • You are in a master in engineering or business with a specialization in data analysis
  • You are an excellent communicator, can project manage in a matrix environment and solve complex situations with conflicting priorities.
  • You have expertise in building data models, business intelligence and/or financial reporting.
  • You have previous experiences in data analytics, finance or consulting
  • You are fluent in French, English is a plus.
  • You have experience in SQL.
We would be even more impressed if you have:

  • already experience working with Looker (dashboarding tool)
- already experience working with Google Suite.

  • Internship available in Paris or Barcelona_
