The impact you will make:

It is a job creation - you will have the unique opportunity to shape it as you wish. You will work closely with the Country Manager and our French Management Team on a daily basis.

You will be essential in supporting the whole team to set up the smooth operation of our fast-growing office environment.


You will work on:


  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries;
  • Ordering stationery and office furniture;
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems;
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date;
  • Assist the Country Manager in the deployment and monitoring of activities on organisational, logístical and administrative aspects;
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees;
  • Manage logistics for internal and external events, scheduling and execution (i

e:
Meet-up, holiday party, annual team development event & happy hours);

  • Manage event budgeting, contract negotiation, vendor & catering selection;
  • Work on special projects as requested.

Who we are looking for

  • 3+ years of professional experience;
  • Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and problem solving ability;
  • Accuracy and precision;
  • Strong motivation focused on service delivery in the administrative department
  • Positive attitude, openness to challenges; work independently
  • English advanced level;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
