    Regeneron is seeking a Commercial Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis to join our Oncology team.

    Commercial Administrative Assistant – Oncology – France

    (12 months Temp)

    In this exciting opportunity, you will provide key support to the Commercial team to help organizing key event as well as liaising with other teams including Marketing, Commercial Operations etc... and help to build Regeneron's profile with key partners in France.

    The Opportunity

    • Perform Administrative duties, provide logistical support for in-person off-site training events and company-wide meetings
    • Arrange national and international travel for management & organise transport & accommodation to meetings, and prepare and reconcile expense reports
    • Organize team-building events, socials, and site visits
    • Works with the Commercial team to supports the development of materials, both digital and offline for assigned markets
    • Provides administrative support to the Commercial team in ensuring relevant input from key internal stakeholders
    • Contributes to team efforts (across commercial, commercial operations, market access and medical affairs teams) to help achieve a positive working environment
    • Liaises with third parties as required for the effective organization of the business including distributor markets contacts
    • Provides relevant support in terms of getting commercial deliverables to the distributors and participates in the regular status meetings to understand pending needs
    • Organisation of Meetings & Business Updates, co-ordinate all meetings as required, take minutes of meetings where required
    • Book venues & prepare electronic equipment for meetings.
    • Liaise with relevant providers as necessary to arrange travel, accommodation & transfers as needed.
    • Diary management including organising meetings and monitoring meeting requests.
    • Researches and collates information in respect of reports, presentations etc.

    Your profile

    • High School Diploma in business or a related field with 0-3 years of experience in a large, multinational company within the Life Sciences industry.
    • Detail-oriented, flexible, helpful, proactive, and courteous
    • Self-motivated with ability to perform work with modest level of supervision, handle/prioritize multiple tasks, and support multiple stakeholders
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary for daily interaction with management
    • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
    • Fluency in French necessary (verbal & writing)
