What you'll do:


  • Support the Car Fleet Manager in France in operational and daily functions
  • Responsible for the daily tasks related to the management of the fleet (order followup, vehicle entry/exit, allocation, fines, claims, gasoline card, green card...)
  • Daily relationship with the rental companies for the employees' vehicles
  • Responsible for the preparation of reports for the different stakeholders, accounting and management reasons (Scorecards with indicators, information on the status of the fleet i.e. incidents, cost etc.)
  • Assist the Car Fleet Manager in France during the meetings with the Global Car Fleet team by providing the status of the fleet according to the management criteria
  • Contact person with other internal stakeholders (HR/Payroll, Controlling, GPO etc.)
  • Management of the IFRS16 file

What you bring:


  • Knowledge of car leasing is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French (written & verbal) is mandatory
  • Selfmanaged working style with high customer (employee) orientation
  • A team player with the ability to work well with other team members (including different locations/countries)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and able to identify and solve problems
  • Innovative thinking, challenge complexity and show agility to change
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint)

Contract duration:6 months (renewable)
