Engineer Field Service

Area :
Emilia Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo, Lazio, Umbria, Toscana

Location :
Opera (MI) (or remote based)

Business Unit :
Aftermarket and Service

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Area of competence: North/Center of Italy, but also other areas.
Customers profiles: End Users, OEM, Distributors, EPC, MRO, Installers, Engineering.
Manage and grow the service PF/IG/IAF products:
Compressed Air purification
Industrial filtration
Solve customer needs with technical driven solutions.
Handle technical enquiries for the entire products portfolio and services.
Develop service contracts.
Instruct customers on equipment operation, care and maintenance.
Represents the company in Field Service and Technical matters. To instill and maintain high standards of installation service.
Customer satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE

Technical Degree in Mechanics or Electro-Mechanics or equivalent through experience.
Cooperative, willingness to interact and work with others, team player.
Minimum 25 years of service experience in industrial service.
Markets knowledge.
Familiar with organizing visits to customers.
Flexibility to travel to ensure local presence and followup.
Knowledge of Compressed Air, gas purification, industrial filtration.
Commercial and sales driven. Ability to "open doors" and generate new business/opportunities.
Selfstarter, able to drive, develop opportunities and to work independently.
Strong communication skills in Italian.
Proactive person, willing to learn and develop.
Driver's license.
English mediumhigh level.
