    Creativity and Menu Development:

    Capability to assist in developing unique, flavorful menus that cater to a diverse clientele, including adapting menus for dietary restrictions and preferences.

    Effective Collaboration with Michelin-

    Starred Chef Consultant:

    Ability to work closely with a 2-star Michelin chef consultant, implementing his directions and ideas to develop the business in the right direction.

    This involves a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and openness to learning and innovation.

    Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear instructions and feedback within the kitchen team, as well as effective coordination with front-of-house staff.


    Organizational Skills:

    Proficiency in managing kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, scheduling staff, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.


    Time Management:
