In the Equans CRM Salesforce Shared Line of Services, he/she is the point of contact for local Business Unit, animation of global Salesforce community and the Application Maintenance and Support governance instances.

He/she will have following missions:

coordination and monitoring of the actions taken by side partner.
following of subcontractor's performance & improvement.
delivering of key inputs on performance.
leading the weekly meetings between countries and the Third Party Maintenance.

ensuring that the subcontractor's contractual agreements are respected and that the incidents, services request and small enhancement in each country are properly prioritized.

systematically analyzing the non-compliance with the contract to identify and define the weaknesses and threats.
identifying SLR/SLA progress plans.
recording and reporting on contractual issues.
coordinating and monitoring of the plans and actions taken by subcontractor and/or Equans IT.
cost and budget control & reporting.

You have an engineering or similar degree in IT and a background of minimum 5 years of experience in IT or controlling.

You have experience in Service Delivery Management and have knowledge in Salesforce.
You have an understanding of budgetary, financial and economic management.


Certifications we are looking for are the following:
ITIL processes
Devops methodology
Technical project managemet
CRM Salesforce (CPQ, FSL desired)
Knowledge of ITSM tools
You are fluent in English (working language will be 80% English) and ideally have a good command of Spanish.
You are known to be service oriented, autonomous, and curious.
The position will be based in Courbevoie
