How can you make a greater impact?
Our Bonduelle Fresh Europe organization is looking for an

Engineering and Industrial Transformation Director Europe. The position is based in the east of Lyon, in Genas (69).

Industrial transformation is at the heart of the strategic challenges of our Bonduelle Fresh Europe Business Unit.

The implementation of this vision commits us to a multi-year transformation plan, and will require significant changes in the way it executes these major breakthrough initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of the BU, your role will be central in driving change via the transformation program for the industry, combining all developments in IT architecture, digitalization, new technologies and industrial processes.

The global vision of the operations value chain will make it possible to respond to multidimensional challenges:

address the competitiveness and capabilities of the industrial model for Fresh Cut and prepared activities, integrating business needs and innovation brand strategy, with of strong quality and food safety requirements,

- positively impact the working environments on industrial sites, in particular ergonomic and safety dimensions,

Improve Bonduelle's attractiveness through roles and jobs with added value for employees in plants.

Your main tasks will be:

As a
leader of industrial transformation, you support the implementation of the BU's industrial strategy. You build the vision & architecture of Industry 4.0 adapted to Bonduelle Fresh, to raise the performance and efficiency of the industrial model.
A
true "orchestra conductor", you coordinate and support the implementation of multiyear projects in line with the master plan,

Responsible for the Capex Industrial Plan, you manage the annual CAPEX allocations and monitor the projects in the implementation phase in accordance with the standards of the Bu that you coordinate.

Guardian of the maintenance strategy, you are involved in its definition with the operational teams in the factories, purchasing and Group engineering. You raise the maintenance standards of the BU, animate the annual roadmap. You monitor the performance of maintenance with the Plant Managers.

As a
promoter of technological developments with a positive impact, you support the transformations linked to our energy, packaging and new business commitments.

Spokesperson for the BU, you establish relationships with the Group and the other BUs to promote best practices in the fields of engineering, process, energy, maintenance and new technologies.

Master degree in manufacturing, engineering, or operations management. Certification in Operational excellence or/and change management would be a plus
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position, having worked on a large scale change management initiative, in an international environment
Solid experience in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance in food industry, with factory operations management experience
A comprehensive view of the whole value chain, capable of translating business strategy & orientations into an industrial vision and program / projects needs
An ability to leverage deep program management expertise to develop and deploy from vision to execution.
An ability to strategically and successfully guide complex conversations within a matrix environment, at all levels of the organization
An ability to adapt to a changing environment, knowing how to manage and integrate areas of uncertainty.
Capable of changing behaviors and impacting the culture in the contexts of major strategic initiatives and organizational transformations
