Description

The Spark Clear Aligner, Digital Technical Specialist position will contain three important components: Sales, Technical installation and Training the orthodontists.

The focus will be on providing training to customers and serve as a go-to person for technical and clinical questions, as well as supporting sales efforts of the Digital team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
_


  • Act as technical liaison between the customer, technical support and sales specialists when training new customers on digital impression systems for use in the dental industry
  • Create and utilizes sales and educational strategies, aids and approaches, to increase customer utilization.
  • Help setting up/installing the digital impression system as well as support training sales force and service personnel
  • Provide in depth training, education, on boarding and technical support to customers for Ormco/Spark's digital portfolio suite
  • Help translate user feedback into technical specs for product enhancements
  • Reviews and reports complaints received from customers and recommends corrective actions
  • Provides quick response and resolution to customers' requests
  • Responsible for growing and protecting digital (existing) business
  • Works closely together with key accounts to create extra demand
  • Organizes WebEx-Approver training sessions for existing & new users
  • Relates competitive information, new product ideas and product extensions to Marketing
  • Organizes local Study meetings for the Company's digital portfolio
  • Works with Universities & Hospitals to introduce Company's digital portfolio
  • Prepares periodic reports including weekly call reports, weekly expense reports, periodic general reports, and other reports as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor level or relevant experience working in a professional & international environment
  • Ability to understand the users needs
  • Has a technical skill set, as well as, good presentation skills.
  • Experience with dental aligner systems, and CAD/CAM systems highly preferred
  • Clinical experience from dentistry or other healthcare setting
  • Ability to train new technology products
  • Native French and business level English
